Eligibility

Who Can Apply

To participate in the Peptex Affiliate Programme, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Operate legitimate websites, social media accounts or other promotional channels.
• Comply with all applicable laws, advertising rules and platform policies.

Peptex reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the programme.

Affiliate Accounts

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your affiliate account information accurate and up to date, including your:

• Email address.
• Contact details.
• Website and social media profiles.
• Payment information.

You are also responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account details.

Peptex may suspend or terminate accounts containing false, incomplete or misleading information.

Referral Tracking

Affiliate Links and Coupon Codes

Qualifying referrals may be tracked through:

• Your assigned affiliate link.
• Your assigned coupon code.
• Approved direct link tracking domains, where enabled.

Peptex cannot guarantee commission where referral tracking has failed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Browser privacy settings.
• Cookie deletion.
• Ad blockers.
• Incorrect or modified referral links.
• Unapproved coupon distribution.
• Third-party technical issues.

Commission

Qualifying Orders

Commission is earned only on qualifying orders that have been successfully tracked to your affiliate account and reached the required order status.

Commission will not be payable on:

• Cancelled orders.
• Refunded orders.
• Chargebacks.
• Fraudulent transactions.
• Duplicate or fake accounts.
• Test purchases.
• Orders placed through your own affiliate link or coupon code.

Peptex reserves the right to review, amend or reverse commission where an order is later refunded, cancelled, disputed or identified as fraudulent.

Commission Rates

Changes to Commission

Your current commission rate will be displayed within your Affiliate Dashboard or confirmed directly by Peptex.

Peptex may change commission rates, structures, product exclusions or promotional incentives at any time.

Any updated rate will apply from the date specified by Peptex and will not normally affect commission already validly earned before that date.

Payouts

Payment of Commission

Commission becomes available for payout once:

• The relevant order has reached the required status.
• Any applicable commission delay period has passed.
• Your available commission meets the minimum payout threshold.
• You have provided valid payment details.

Payments will be made using the payout method selected within your Affiliate Dashboard, subject to availability.

Peptex may delay or withhold payment while investigating suspected fraud, chargebacks, account misuse or breaches of these Terms.

Promotional Standards

Responsible Marketing

All promotion of Peptex must be accurate, lawful, responsible and consistent with the information published on our website.

Affiliates must not:

• Make false, exaggerated or misleading statements.
• Guarantee specific results or outcomes.
• Provide medical advice or treatment recommendations.
• Misrepresent the intended use of Peptex products.
• Suggest that research products are approved for human or veterinary use.
• Represent themselves as an employee, agent or official spokesperson of Peptex.
• Create content that could reasonably be mistaken for an official Peptex website or account.

Research-Use Products

Product Claims

Where Peptex products are labelled for research use only, affiliates must promote them on that basis.

You must not encourage, recommend or imply:

• Human consumption or administration.
• Veterinary consumption or administration.
• Self-experimentation.
• Diagnosis, prevention, treatment or cure of any condition.
• Any use that conflicts with the information supplied by Peptex.

Any affiliate content that breaches these requirements may be removed, and the affiliate account may be suspended or terminated immediately.

Advertising Disclosure

Declaring the Affiliate Relationship

You must clearly disclose your commercial relationship with Peptex wherever required by law or platform policy.

Disclosures must be clear, prominent and easy to understand. Suitable wording may include:

• Ad.
• Affiliate link.
• I may earn commission from purchases made through this link.

The disclosure should appear close to the affiliate link, coupon code or promotional content and must not be hidden within unrelated text.

Paid Advertising

Brand Bidding

Unless you have received prior written permission from Peptex, you must not:

• Bid on the Peptex brand name.
• Bid on misspellings or close variations of Peptex.
• Use the Peptex name within paid search display URLs.
• Use Peptex trademarks in paid advertising.
• Create adverts that imply they are operated directly by Peptex.

You must not direct paid advertisements through your affiliate link in a way that competes with Peptex’s own branded advertising.

Email Marketing

Consent and Spam

Affiliate promotions sent by email must comply with applicable privacy and electronic marketing laws.

You must not:

• Send unsolicited marketing emails.
• Use purchased, scraped or unlawfully obtained mailing lists.
• Mislead recipients about the sender or purpose of an email.
• Send emails that appear to have been sent directly by Peptex.

You are responsible for obtaining all required permissions and providing appropriate unsubscribe options.

Social Media Promotion

Platform Requirements

Affiliates must comply with the advertising, commercial content and community policies of every social media platform they use.

Promotional content must not:

• Be deceptive or misleading.
• Encourage unlawful or unauthorised product use.
• Contain offensive, discriminatory or harmful material.
• Damage the reputation of Peptex.

Peptex may require any promotional content to be amended or removed.

Coupon Code Use

Distribution of Codes

Affiliate coupon codes remain the property of Peptex and may be modified, reassigned or withdrawn at any time.

Unless approved in writing, affiliate coupon codes must not be:

• Listed on public coupon or voucher websites.
• Shared through browser extensions or automated coupon tools.
• Advertised as an official site-wide Peptex promotion.
• Sold or transferred to another person.
• Used by the affiliate for personal purchases.

Direct Link Tracking

Approved Domains

Direct link tracking may only be used on domains that have been submitted to and approved by Peptex.

You must not attempt to use direct link tracking on:

• Domains you do not own or control.
• Coupon or discount directories.
• Misleading imitation websites.
• Websites containing unlawful or prohibited material.

Peptex may remove domain approval at any time.

Intellectual Property

Use of Peptex Brand Assets

Peptex grants approved affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use authorised:

• Logos.
• Product images.
• Banners.
• Promotional graphics.
• Marketing copy.

These assets may only be used to promote Peptex through the Affiliate Programme.

You must not materially alter Peptex branding or create new branded assets that could misrepresent the business without prior written permission.

Prohibited Activity

Programme Abuse

The following activities are prohibited:

• Generating fake or fraudulent orders.
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment information.
• Using bots, automated traffic or click-generation systems.
• Cookie stuffing or forced clicks.
• Creating duplicate customer or affiliate accounts.
• Purchasing through your own referral link or coupon.
• Misrepresenting pricing, availability or discounts.
• Publishing false or defamatory claims about Peptex or third parties.

Suspected abuse may result in immediate suspension while the activity is investigated.

Returns, Refunds and Chargebacks

Commission Adjustments

If a qualifying order is refunded, cancelled, charged back or otherwise reversed, any related commission may also be:

• Cancelled before becoming payable.
• Deducted from your unpaid commission balance.
• Offset against future commission.

Peptex is not required to pay commission on revenue that it has not retained.

Tax

Your Tax Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any tax due on commission received through the Affiliate Programme.

Peptex does not provide tax advice and will not deduct tax unless legally required to do so.

Suspension and Termination

Ending Participation

Peptex may suspend or terminate an affiliate account where:

• These Terms have been breached.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• The affiliate’s content creates legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
• The account has been inactive for a prolonged period.
• Peptex decides to discontinue or restructure the programme.

Following termination:

• Your affiliate links may stop tracking referrals.
• Your coupon code may be disabled.
• You must stop using Peptex brand assets.
• Commission linked to prohibited activity may be cancelled.

You may leave the programme at any time by contacting Peptex.

Programme Availability

Changes and Interruptions

Peptex does not guarantee that the Affiliate Programme, Affiliate Dashboard, tracking system or website will always be available without interruption.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the programme at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Affiliate Programme Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptex will not be liable for:

• Lost commission caused by tracking failures.
• Website or dashboard downtime.
• Payment processor delays.
• Loss of anticipated revenue or profit.
• Indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

No Employment or Agency

Independent Relationship

Participation in the Affiliate Programme does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise or agency relationship between you and Peptex.

You have no authority to enter into agreements, make commitments or accept obligations on behalf of Peptex.

Confidentiality

Private Information

You must not disclose confidential or non-public information received through the Affiliate Programme, including:

• Private commission arrangements.
• Internal communications.
• Customer or business information.
• Security or technical information.
• Unreleased products or promotions.

This requirement continues after your participation in the programme ends.

Changes to These Terms

Updates

Peptex may update these Affiliate Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this page. Continued participation after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from the Peptex Affiliate Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
